Our dark roast is Sumatra Mandheling. The flavors are chocolate, cedar, sweet tobacco and spice, along with a mild acidity and creamy body. Byrdie Roast is named after our good friend and coffee connoisseur who helped us test out the this roast until it we had the perfect flavor.
