Our light roast is Ethiopian Sidamo. Sweet brown sugar, honey and jasmine aroma with a floral and fruity aftertaste, bright acidity, and citrus/lemon and milk chocolate notes. Named after Kace’s grandaddy who loved a good cup of coffee and conversation. If you enjoy something not quite as bold this is the one for you.
